Introduction

I mixed several very healthy things together and made a salad that is packed with protein, and low fat. Makes LG dinner salad or 2 servings of a side salad. Jam packed full of freggies. Ingredients

    1 C Spinach, fresh,
    1 C mixed lettuce shredded or chopped
    1/4 C Lentils
    1/4 C Beans, black drained and rinsed
    1 med orange-peeled and chopped
    1/2 C Grapes cut in half
    1/2 C Mushroom slices
    1 TB Bacon bits in bag,
    1TB Asiago cheese or cheese of choice
    1 TB Fat Free Feta cheese
    2 OZ ( 6 ) Med Shrimp cooked and cooled
    1-2 TB Sweet Sesame dressing or dressing of choice

Directions

Saute shrimp till done in olive oil sprayed pan with garlic, set aside to cool. Cooked and cooled lentils. Add all ingredients into large bowl, toss with dressing and enjoy. If usuing as a side salad would make 2-4 servings depending on how much you wanted. Good large dinner salad for 1.
