Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cups diced red/purple Plums
    2 cup whole. fresh Blueberries
    2 cups halved purple or black seedless Grapes

    Lime Yogurt dressing (recipe follows but NOT added into calorie count)
    1½ cups low-fat plain yogurt
    1 tablespoon lime zest
    1 tablespoon lime juice
    4 teaspoons sugar (I did not use sugar)

    Combine yogurt, lime zest, lime juice and sugar in a medium bowl.
    Serving size: 2 tablespoons

Directions
