    1 portabella mushroom
    1 tbs soya sauce
    dash black pepper
    2 tbs of blue cheese


    bake with soya sauce and pepper at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, add blue cheese and bake 10 minutes or until cheese melts


can make one or double recipe for two etc.

  • I didn't have blue cheese, I made the version on the nutrition link with the thinly sliced garlic and rosemary , it was good, I couldn't convince my 10 year old to try it though - 1/3/09
