Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 cups of whole grain flour

    1/2 cup of Splenda

    1/4 cup of egg substitute

    2 tsp of baking powder

    1/4 tsp salt

    1 tsp ground cinnamon

    1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

    1/8 tsp ground cloves

    1 tsp vanilla extract

    1 cup chopped apple

    3 tbsp applesauce

    2 tbsp olive oil

Directions

Makes 12 muffins

Preheat oven to 375 F

Prepare muffin tin w/ Pam spray or muffin liners.

In a large bowl combine:
Flour
Splenda
Baking powder
Salt
Egg substitute
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
Cloves


In a medium bowl, whisk together:
Milk
Oil
Applesauce
Vanilla

Combine wet and dry ingredients then stir in apples.

Pour batter into muffin tins and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.

    In your instructions you say to add milk...but you don't indicate how much milk.
    Aside from that a very yummy muffin :D
