Number of Servings: 8


    8 serving Pork Tenderloin Roast 4 oz serving (approx 2 lb pork loin)
    1 cup Dole Pineapple Chunks in 100% Pineapple Juice (reserve juice)
    10 tbsp Guy Fieri - Barbeque Sauce, Bourbon Brown Sugar (by LROZYLA) (about 1/2 cup)
    4 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar
    3 clove Garlic


Slice parallel cuts into pork. Place in a baking dish (greased with non stick spray). Place pineapple chunks in the slits. Combine sauce, juice, garlic and brown sugar and pour over top.
Bake at 450 for 10-12 minutes then reduce heat to 350 and cook for 35 minutes or until pork is done.
