Ingredients

    16.0 oz Simple Truth Organic Grass Fed Ground Beef
    0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1.0 pepper Jalapeno Peppers
    4.0 tbsp Ortega taco seasoning mix
    0.25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    2.0 tbsp Philadelphia Whipped Cream Cheese, plain
    0.25 cup Salsa

    4.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    0.25 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla
    0.5 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
    0.5 serving Cheese- Reduced Fat Pepperjack-Sargento

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Spray 8x8 baking dish with non stick spray. Brown ground beef, add onion and jalapeno to beef and cook until onion is translucent. Drain about grease. Stir in taco seasoning and water and cook for 5 minutes. Add cream cheese and salsa and stir to combine. Crack eggs in a medium mixing bowl and whisk together with almond milk (or heavy cream). Pour the meat mixture into baking dish, top with egg mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 30 minutes or until eggs are set. Cool 5 minutes then serve.
