Ingredients

    1.5 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) rinsed & drained
    .25 cupKraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo) or avocado
    3 tsp Whole Grain or Dijon Mustard
    4 tsp Eden Selected Ume Plum Vinegar (salty!)
    1 tsp Celery seed
    1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" lon Celery, chopped
    .5 tsp Pepper, black
    0.25 tsp Cayenne Pepper or red pepper flakes

Tips

The plum vinegar tastes salty, so don't substitute other vinegar or add salt.


Directions

Mash the chick peas with fork or potato ricer. Stir everything together. Eat with greens, stuff bell peppers or tomatoes, or spread on toast
