Ingredients

    448 gram(s) Chicken Thigh - Boneless Skinless (~1 thigh) (by KRISBIKES)
    1 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Pepper, black
    1 tsp Paprika
    1 tsp Parsley, dried
    1 cup Best Choice Instant White Rice
    1.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 tsp Garlic
    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Tips

Can use chicken broth is desired. I was out so I just used water and it was delicious.


Directions

Preheat oven 400
Toss chicken in bowl, add seasoning mix well. Cook chicken on medium each side to brown. Set aside. In same dish add onion and garlic and mix add rice and water bring to a small boil. Add chicken again and cover. Cook an additional 15 min in the oven or until chicken is done and rice is tender.
