Ingredients

    46 oz V8 Vegetable Juice, Low Sodium
    1.5 cup slices Carrots, cooked
    2 cup Cabbage, boiled
    1.5 cup cooked red onion (by JOYFULLINGOD)
    1.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    .25 tbsp Table Salt (by CECELIAMERWIN)
    .5 fl oz Lime Juice

Directions

Sauté onions in olive oil. Add chopped carrots and cover with a little V8, simmer until carrots are semi-cooked. Add cut cabbage and simmer and carrots and cabbage are tender. (Add water if needed.) Stir in rest of V8, add lime juice, salt, and pepper if desired.

Serving Size: Makes ~5 big bowls
