Ingredients

    1 head fresh red cabbage, sliced
    1/2 cup chopped red onion
    2 small or 1 large apple, about 1 cup, chopped
    1-1/2 cup red wine or apple vinegar
    1 tbsp cumin seed
    1 tbsp celery seed
    dash salt
    Cooking spray

Directions

Spray frying pan wil cooking spray. Saute onion, cumin seed, and celery seed, until onion is transparent and seed start to pop. Add cabbage, apple, and vinegar; simmer for about 1/2 hour or until cabbage is tender and apples have absorbed the red color. Add salt and sweetener to taste.
