    2 cups espresso chilled
    5 eggs yolks and whites seperated
    6 tbsp sugar
    28 lady fingers
    16 ounces mascopone cheese
    1 tbsp unsweetend cocoa to sprinkle on top


whip egg whites till hard
whip yolks and sugar till pale yellow in color,add mascopone cheese and whip 5 mins
fold in egg whites mixture
dip lady fingers in espresso
then pour creme mixture into glass bowl and start layering lady fingers,creme,etc. last layer just creme sprinkled with either coffe powder or cocoa
