    4 c Hash Browns
    3/4 c grated Cheddar Cheese
    3/4 c grated Mozza Cheese (part skim)
    1 c salsa
    1 can (120z) Evaporated Milk
    4 Eggs
    2 tbsp chopped Chives
    1 (5oz) can Chicken, chopped


Layer hash browns, cheese, salsa, chicken, and chives in an 8"x8" pan. (I use Pyrex.) Mix eggs well, add milk, and pour over hash browns, etc.
Place pan in fridge overnight. Bake at 350 for 60-65 minutes. Cool slightly (5 min) and enjoy.
Makes 9 servings.
