    2 serving Eggs - Jumbo Grade A Eggs - California Ranch Fresh - 1 Egg = 1 Serving (63g)
    0.126 serving 2% Organic Milk-Organic Valley (8oz)
    .5 tsp Salt
    .25 tsp Pepper, black
    .25 tsp Dill weed, dried
    1 tbsp Grapeseed Oil

Directions

add oil to pan and let heat.

Mix all remaining ingredients well.

Pour into hot pan, cook until eggs are firm. Remove from heat and enjoy.
