4% fat lean ground beef burger with swiss cheese on an english muffin. 4% fat lean ground beef burger with swiss cheese on an english muffin.

    4% lean ground beef(Laura's organic)
    spinach, chopped fine
    mushrooms, chopped fine
    garlic(used already pressed jar garlic)
    ground mustard
    Parmesan cheese(Kraft in plastic jar)
    english muffin(thomas light multigrain)
    swiss cheese(laughing cow light swiss wedge)


Mix ground beef, chopped spinach, chopped mushrooms, salt, pepper, ground mustard, garlic and parmesan. Patty out into 4 burgers. Grill burgers. Spread one wedge lauging cow swiss cheese per english muffin and toast. Put 1 tbsp organic ketchup on each muffin lid. Put burger on and serve!!!
