Directions

Cook Pancetta as you would bacon, drain all but 2 tbsps fat. Set aside.
Add 10 cups of water to a deep pot. Bring water to a boil, add onions, and pineapple simmer for 10 mins , then add beans, sugar,mustard powder and cooked pancetta. simmer 20 mins.
