    2 cup Beans, black
    2 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas)
    4 serving Garlic, cooked (1 clove / serving)
    .33 cup, chopped or sliced Red Ripe Tomatoes
    .5 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
    3 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)
    0.33 cup Coriander (cilantro) leaves, raw (by GUNN_PARKER)
    2 fl oz Lime Juice
    1 tsp Spices, Cumin Powder (by MZTRACY)
    1 tsp Chili powder
    8 inner leaf Romaine Lettuce (salad)
    2 cup Sauerkraut
    8 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard


In a bowl, mash the beans, avocados, and garlic together with a fork until well blended. Add all ingredients except the lettuce and mix. Use your hands to form a “hot dog” and rob it into a lettuce leaf.
