    3 large eggs
    egg whites, from 4 eggs
    250g spinach, frozen and thawed
    255g tuna, canned in water
    1 medium tomato
    6tbsp parmesan cheese, grated


Combine all ingredients together.
Pour into a pie dish.
Place slices of tomato on top
Bake for about 1hr or until set at about 360 degrees.
