Introduction

My own creation. This coleslaw isn't as sweet or as over-dressed as most coleslaw. Double the dressing ingredients if you like a wetter coleslaw. My own creation. This coleslaw isn't as sweet or as over-dressed as most coleslaw. Double the dressing ingredients if you like a wetter coleslaw.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    16 oz/448 gram(s) Tri-Color coleslaw
    28 grams sliced Almonds
    40 grams chopped dates
    50 grams crumbled Feta cheese

    DRESSING
    6 tbsp Light Mayonnaise
    5 tbsp Fat Free Evaporated Milk
    3 tsp Splenda


Tips

Any dried fruit can be substituted for the dates, any nut can be substituted for the almonds, and any hard crumbly cheese can be substituted for the feta (blue cheese would be awesome).


Directions

COMBINE the first four ingredients in a large bowl & stir.

IN a smaller bowl, add the dressing ingredients and stir until thoroughly mixed.

ADD the dressing to the coleslaw and stir until all the coleslaw is coated with dressing.

ALLOW to sit for 20 minutes before serving.

ENJOY!
