    3/4 C drained and rinsed canned garbanzo beans
    1/2 C dried apricots
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp ground ginger
    1/2 tsp ground cumin
    1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
    1.5 lbs ground turkey
    cooking spray
    South Beach Rosemary, Garlic and Herb whole grain wraps

    Tzatziki Sauce

    8 oz fat free plain yogurt
    2 tbsp grated peeled english cucumber
    1.5 tsp minced onion
    1/8 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp pepper


Turkey Burgers:

Place chickpeas in food processor and pulse to a rough texture. Combine remaining ingredients into a bowl and mix. Portion mixture into 12 patties. Heat pan and spray with cooking spray. Cook each burger on medium high heat about 6 minutes on each side or until the internal temp is 165 degrees. Place burger inside South Beach Wrap and garnish with 1 tbsp tzatziki sauce.

Tzatziki Sauce:

Combine all ingretients. Store in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 2 days.
