    2 1/2 cups self rising flour
    1/3 cup canola oil
    2/3 cup lowfat buttermilk


Lightly stir together ingredients until all flour is moistened. Spray round oven pan with cooking spray. Drop by large spoonfuls into pan. Bake at 400 degrees 20 minutes, or until lightly brown on top. Makes 7 large biscuits.
