    14 oz chicken breast
    1 can red kidney beans, drained
    1/2 cup salsa


Place frozen or fresh chicken breast in crock pot. Add salsa and beans. Season with desired amount of salt and pepper. Cook on low until chicken is done (i let it simmer for at least 4 hours). Shred chicken with fork or tongs. Serve over salad, on a tortilla or as desired!
