Introduction

This is an old recipe that my mother used to make. It's really easy to make and very low-fat. You can use different flavors of pudding and graham crackers to change it up a bit! The graham crackers may get a bit soggy if you leave it in the fridge for a few days but I think that makes it taste even better! This is an old recipe that my mother used to make. I used to make this all the time as a kid. You can also use the prepared graham cracker crust, oreo cookie crust or any low fat cookie crumbs pressed into a pie pan. It's delicious! - 7/28/11

    Incredible!
This recipe is ridiculously easy and so delicious! I can see this used as a base for many different flavor combination, and topped with a little Cool Whip Lite. - 3/24/11

    Incredible!
After the first day it really kind of tasted like cake. For the first trial, I layered it with graham crackers, chocolate, and vanilla pudding. With the right flavors, it could really put you in the mindset of eating cheesecake, and its cheap. I added vanilla protein powder which added some calories - 1/24/11
