Introduction
This is an old recipe that my mother used to make. It's really easy to make and very low-fat. You can use different flavors of pudding and graham crackers to change it up a bit! The graham crackers may get a bit soggy if you leave it in the fridge for a few days but I think that makes it taste even better! This is an old recipe that my mother used to make. After the first day it really kind of tasted like cake. For the first trial, I layered it with graham crackers, chocolate, and vanilla pudding. With the right flavors, it could really put you in the mindset of eating cheesecake, and its cheap. I added vanilla protein powder which added some calories - 1/24/11
