Introduction

This recipe uses sugar free cake and sweetened condensed milk. It makes a lovely pound cake. Recommend using a greeased and floured bundt cake pan to make a great presentation. Ingredients

    3.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    0.5 stick Butter, unsalted
    4.0 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    1.0 cup, chopped Walnuts
    10.0 serving Pillsbury Sugar Free Yellow Cake Mix
    20.0 serving La Lechera Sweetened Condensed Milk

Directions

Heat oven to 350°F. Oil (using pam) and flour a bundt pan. Combine cake mix, mashed bananas, walnuts, melted and cooled butter with eggs and sweetened condensed milk until well blended. Pour into cake pan. Bake at 350°F for 35 to 45 minutes until nicely browned. Cool in pan. Turn over when slightly warm onto serving plate Serving Size: 10 servings
