I got this recipe from the Cooking club Magazine. I didn't have the lemon-pepper salt seasoning so I just mixed 1 tsp salt with some pepper and then threw in some lemon juice. Ingredients

2 cans (6oz) tuna in olive oil
1 1/2 lb tomatoes ( 4 lg)
1 c fresh basil, chopped
1/2 c chopped green onions
1 tbsp garlic, minced
1 pkg ( 9oz) spinach linguine
3/4 c grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp lemon-pepper seasoning salt
Directions
makes 4 2 1/4 c servings
1- Drain tuna, reserving 3 tbsp of the oil. combine tuna, tomatoes,basil, green onions, reserved oil and garlic in a large bowl.
2- Cook fettuccine according to package directions;drain. ( If you do this ahead of time, make sure to add some olive oil while it sits so it doesn't stick together)
3- Stir 1/2 c of the cheese and lemon-pepper seasoning into tomato mixture. Add fettuccine; toss. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 c cheese.
