    1/2 medium banana, frozen and cut into pieces
    1 cup Berry Medley (frozen Strawberries, blackberries, blueberries and red raspberries)
    1/2 cup (not packed) Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat
    15 gram Garden of Life Raw Organic Protein Vanilla
    3/4 cup Vanilla Soy Milk

Directions

Using your bullet type blender, add in this order: cottage cheese, protein powder, frozen banana and berries, soy milk. Nom, nom.
