Introduction

This is a jello recipe my mom for us as kids. sometimes served in a bowl, sometimes served in a pie shell. sometimes with dinner, sometimes as dessert. Ingredients

    1 big can crushed pineapple (in it's own juice is best)
    1 box jello (sugar free- flavor your choice)
    1 12 oz container lite whipped topping
    1 large container of cottage cheese (1%) smal curd

Directions

dump the cottage cheese and pineapple with the juice into a big bowl. Mix together very well.
sprinkle the jello over this to soften. (it will turn dark)
Mix this together really well
Add the cool whip and mix this very well.
put in the refrigerator til set.
