Ingredients
-
2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
.5 tsp Garlic Salt
4 tsp Bragg Liquid Aminos (SoySauce) (by BLINGQUEEN:O))
3 cup green giant cauliflower rice
Directions
heat oil in med skillet, while that's heating whisk the 2 eggs.
while you're doing this prepare the cauliflower rice in the microwave according to package directions.
One the skillet is heated and the eggs are whisked, slowly pour them into the skillet while using a fork to scramble the eggs as they pour into the pan, this will make the eggs small chucks, you do not want large--think of fried rice you buy from a Chinese restaurant.
Next remove the eggs and put to the side
Add the prepared cauliflower rice to the hot pan.
Let it cook for a few minutes, then add the garlic salt and liquid aminos.
Stir in well and cook on med/low for an additional 3-5 minutes.
Serve hot, it does microwave well the next day if you have leftovers.
Serving Size: makes 3 1cup servings
