Ingredients

    36 oz Shrimp, raw
    3 cup Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added
    4 oz Cheese Feta Crumbled President 1 oz (28g) = 70 cals 1 inch cube
    4 clove Garlic
    5 tbsp Parsley
    1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    0.25 tsp Pepper, black
    0.25 tsp Salt
    0.25 tbsp Grape Seed Oil
    0.25 tsp crushed red pepper

Directions

Oven to 425. Large sauté pan over medium heat. Mince onion and garlic. Spray oil into sauté pan, add onion and cook until softened. Add garlic, oregano, crushed red pepper and cook until fragrant. Add tomatoes. Cook until water evaporates and sauce thickens. Add shrimp, pepper,and salt. Sprinkle cheese over top. Into the oven for 8-12 minutes. Serve with carb of your choice. Serving Size: Makes 4 servings
