Ingredients

    Pasta, cooked, 75 grams
    Stewed Tomatoes in can (Hunt's)
    Garlic, 3 cloves crushed and diced
    Onions, raw, 1 large
    Green Olives, pitted and chopped, 3.53 oz
    Black Olives, pitted and chopped 10 grams
    Ground Pork, 70 grams
    Olive Oil, 3 tbsp
    Water, tap, 0.25 cup (8 fl oz)
    *Fish Sauce, 1 tbsp - optional subst.: sea salt / low sodium tamari
    Black pepper , 1 dash
    Cayenne pepper, 1 dash

Directions

1. Heat pan in medium fire. Add olive oil.
2. Add garlic. stir fry till golden brown then add onions.
3. Add ground pork, cayenne and black pepper then stir fry till pork is done.
4. Add olives, fish sauce and stewed tomatoes and occassionally stir the sauce. The sauce is done as soon as the liquid sizzles and thickens a bit.

* Either mix in the pasta on the sauce or pour the sauce on the plate of pasta.

* Optional: Add on top of the dish your feta cheese depending on the amount you like or parmesan cheese.
