Ingredients

16 oz Pork Sausage, fresh, bulk, cooked
13/4 cup mozzarella shredded cheese
3/4 cup serving Almond Flour
2 tbsp Cream Cheese
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
onion powder
Directions
1. cook sausage until no longer pink
2. mix cheeses and flour in microwave bowl cook for 1 minute or so on high. add to sausage
3. Add egg, onion powder and salt to taste. mix well until dough is soft
4. place dough between two pieces of parchment paper and roll dough until this & rectangle. Cut dough along one side
5. add sausage mixture on edge of dough and roll, cut off access continue until all sausage is gone.
6. put on baking tray, spray with pam. sprinkle with seeds. bake at 425 for 12-15 minutes
