    2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1.0 tbsp Mayonnaise, regular (mayo)
    2.0 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
    1.0 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded
    2.0 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
    5.0 serving Pork Rinds(Pork Skins)(1/2 oz)
    24.0 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck


1-Turn oven to 350 degrees F 2- lightly grease loaf pan with coconut oil 3-crush pork rinds into crumbs 4-mix all ingredients except mayo and cheese 5- put in 8x4 loaf pan 6- bake in oven 40 minutes 7-add Mayo on top then cheddar cheese 8- bake for 5 more minutes 9-let cool slightly and enjoy! Serving Size: 1" slice
