Introduction

Ingredients

    16 oz Bob Evans Sausage Roll
    16 oz bag Fresh Coleslaw Mix (Cabbage/Carrot mix)
    3 tbsp Soy Sauce
    1 tbsp Vinegar - Natural Rice Vinegar (Nakano)
    0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 tsp Ginger, ground
    5 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)
    3 cloves garlic, minced

    Options: 1 Tb Sriracha

Directions

Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add the garlic, onion, and white portion of the green onions. Sauté until the onions are translucent and the garlic is fragrant. Add the sausage, ground ginger, sea salt, black pepper and Sriracha. Sauté until the pork is cooked through. Add the coleslaw mix, soy sauce and rice wine vinegar. Sauté until the coleslaw is tender. Top with sesame seeds before serving.
