Introduction

This is a quick and yummy way to fit a quick breakfast into a rushed morning or a light lunch to help you cool down on a hot day. This is a quick and yummy way to fit a quick breakfast into a rushed morning or a light lunch to help you cool down on a hot day.

Ingredients

    I cup Compliments Field Berry Blend (frozen fruit)
    1/4 cup Kellogg's All-Bran Buds Cereal
    1 single serving cup of iogo 0% yogurt, and flavour (35 cal. cup)
    1 stalk of raw celery (chopped)
    1/3 cup Harvest Crunch Original Cereal

Tips

I used the frozen Field Berry Mix but feel free to use whatever berries or fruit you wish. Just be sure to check your calories and adjust the calculations for your choices.


Directions

Put 1 cup of frozen berries in a microwave safe dish and microwave on high for 20 seconds.
Once Berries are thawed, remove from microwave.
Chop celery into small pieces
Mix all ingredients together and enjoy!

Serving Size: Makes 1 large serving or two smaller servings (calculations are based on 1 serving)
