VERY good!
Sadly I could not find the exact ingredients or weights of the items listed in the Spark Data base so all the nutrition information is so WAY off for this recipe.
The recipe called for Asparagus as well but I left that out.

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 pound whole wheat penne pasta
    1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into 1 inch pieces
    1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
    1/2 cup basil pesto (I make my own)
    2 tbsp Parsley
    1 1tsp Olive Oil

Directions

Cook Pasta according to package directions and drain well.

Heat 1 TBS of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper if desired. Add to skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes; set aside

In a large bowl, combine pasta, chicken, tomatoes and pesto, mix well

Serve with oven roasted Asparagus if desired

Serving Size: Makes 4 servings - use common sense as for how much is a serving
