Ingredients

    1/2 cup Whole Grain Quinoa
    1/2 cup Oatmeal-- Old Fashioned Oats
    1 tbsp Brown Sugar
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    1 cup Almond Breeze Unsweetened Original, refrigerated
    1/2 cup (not packed) Raisins
    1/4 tsp Salt

Tips

Serve with nuts, banana, more milk & brown sugar if desired.


Directions

Combine the quinoa, oats, sugar, cinnamon, salt, milk, and 1 2/3 cup water in a small pot. Cook, stirring often, until very tender, 20-25 minutes. Stir in the raisins and cook until softened, 1 or 2 minutes more.
