Introduction

Adapted from a peanut butter & jelly mug cake I saw online. Adapted from a peanut butter & jelly mug cake I saw online.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    4 tbsp PB2 from Bell Plantation, powdered
    1 Large Egg, beaten
    1 tbsp All Fruit Strawberry Spread
    water
    stevia

Tips

If you want it more of a cake consistency, add 1/4 tsp baking powder before mixing.


Directions

Put PB2 in mug and add just enough water to mix into a peanut butter consistency. Add beaten egg and stevia, to taste. Mix well. Drop fruit spread on top and swirl gently. Don't mix it in.

Microwave for 45-60 seconds, until done.
