    16 oz Pork Chop - Costco 1 chop=8oz (by FAT2FITNESS)
    4 tbsp Tangy Terriyaki Sauce and Marinade (by KEB101)
    0.5 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange)
    8 tbsp Peanut Butter - Simply Jiff (by KARYN991)
    1 clove Garlic


Add pork terriyaki and peppers in slow cooker. Cook low for 6 hours. After 6 hours add peanut butter and shred pork. Cook another 20 mins stirring occasionally to blend in peanut butter as it melts. Serve over brown rice. (Not included in nutritional info for this recipe)
