Ingredients

    1 small Onions, raw
    1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    6 medium slices, cooked (raw pro Bacon, pork, microwaved
    3 cup diced Potato, raw
    32 fl oz Chicken Broth
    16 fl oz Half and Half Cream
    2 cup Creamed Corn
    1 can (12 oz) yields Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned

Directions

Sauté onion and celery. Add potatoes and chicken broth, bring to a boil and boil 15 minutes. Add corn, creamed corn and bacon and simmer 20 minutes. Add Half and Half before serving.
