Tips

Consume this drink as your last smoothie (and before eating), since it has much more fiber and hence will take longer to digest than fruit drinks. Fruit drinks consumed afterwords will take at least 10-15 hours before being utilized, due to the heavy amount of fiber from the natural pulp from the veggie smoothie, if consumed afterwords (instead of only 3-4 hours if ingested beforehand).
