    1.0 cup, crushed, sliced, or chunks Pineapple, canned
    0.5 cup Pineapple Juice
    0.5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    0.25 cup Green Chili Peppers, canned
    1.0 tsp Lawry's Taco Seasoning
    0.25 tbsp Cilantro, dried
    3.0 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
    1.0 serving Butter, Parkay Spray - 5 sprays
    0.5 serving Red Bell Pepper (one medium pepper)
    24.0 oz Large Raw Shrimp, broiled (1 serving = 4 ozs or 7/8 shrimp)
    1.0 tsp crushed red pepper
    2.0 tsp corn starch
    1.0 tsp cumin
    4.0 oz Onion, sweet, raw

Directions

Sautee onions ,red peppers, carrots until onions clear, add can green chili and shrimp cook for 3 min on med(6) electric range. Remove shrimp set aside.Mix pineapple and orange juice and remaining ingredients except crush pepper and pineapple chunks. Mix with whip until blended making sure corn starch is also blended well . Add to onions pepper mixture cook about 5 min bring to a slow boil add pineapple and shrimp and cook for 2 min sprinkle with crushed red peppers . Now put it along side with the Black bean corn taco rice! Serving Size: 4 - 1/2 cup servings
