Ingredients

    4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1/8 tsp Salt
    1/8 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt, fine grain
    1 dash Pepper, black
    4 cup Broccoli Florets, Raw

Tips

Serve with lemon wedges.


Directions

Adjust oven rack to lowest position and heat oven to 425* F. Line rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut any large florets in half.

In large bowl, whisk together the oil, salts, and pepper. Add the broccoli and use your hands to gently toss until broccoli is evenly coated with oil mixture.

Transfer broccoli to baking sheet. Arrange broccoli in single layer, placing the flat sides of cut florets down.

Roast until lightly browned, about 10 minutes-12 minutes. Remove from oven and place on cooling rack. Use spatula to transfer broccoli to serving dish.
