Ingredients

20 oz Pork, fresh, loin, center rib (chops), boneless, separable lean only, cooked, braised
    4 tbsp Butter, salted
    6 clove Garlic
    4 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
    3 cup Spinach, fresh
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
0.5 cup Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes

Directions

Quantity 4, 5oz chops. Cook these first with butter and salt and slice up some of the garlic.
When almost done put in the spinach and let it wilt. After a a couple minutes put it more butter and put in the balsamic vinegar. Add drained diced tomatoes or you can do these separately.

I did the onions separately with more butter and garlic in the same skillet. Let the onions cook in butter and salt.

Then the tomatoes can go alone at the end with some more butter and balsamic if you want. I let the moisture cook off a little and then put these in a separate bowl.
