    1 cup - Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
    1 cup - Whole Wheat Flour
    1 pkg - active dry yeast
    3/4 tsp - salt
    1 TBS - Unsweetened Applesauce
    1 cup - hot water

    1-1/2 cups, Fat Free Mozzarella Cheese
    17 slices - Turkey Pepperoni
    1/2 cup - pizza sauce


Preheat oven to 425°F

In large mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, whole wheat pastry flour, yeast and salt. Blend in water, applesauce and honey. Stir by hand vigorously until all ingredients are well mixed; about 3 minutes. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise to desired size. (about 1 hour)

Place dough in greased 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly-roll pan or 12 to 14-inch pizza pan. Press dough to cover bottom of pan and up sides to form a rim.

Top crust with sauce, cheese and pepperoni.

Bake 25 miniutes or until crust is done and cheese is bubbly.
