Ingredients

    2 20 ounce canned Pineapple tidbits drained
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 cup flour
    2 cups mild shredded cheddar
    2 cups Ritz Cracker Crumbs
    All natural vegetable spray

    Spray 9 x 13 inch baking dish with vegetable spray. Place drained pineapple in baking dish. Mix shredded cheese, flour and sugar together. Sprinkle over pineapple. Crush Ritz crackers. Put 2 cups in bowl and spray with vegetable spray, toss and spray until crackers are coated. Sprinkle over over mixture.

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Bake 30 minutes covered with aluminum foil. Cut into 12 2 x 2 inch squares. Good warmed over in microwave.

    Tasty. The only thing I didn't like was the presentation. It didn't form like a casserole. Crumbly and hard to dish out. If you could get past the appearance it was yummy! - 11/28/08
