Ingredients

3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 tsp Garlic Minced (by MASHELDON)
3 cup green giant cauliflower rice
4 tsp Coconut Secret Coconut Aminos
1 tbsp Organic Valley Heavy Whipping Cream
2 link Sabatino's Paleo Basil & Cracked Black Pepper Sausage
3 large Scrambled Egg
Directions
Heat olive oil over medium high heat in large skillet or wok.
Add garlic (and chopped onion if using) and cook until garlic begins to brown.
Stir riced cauliflower into oil and garlic, then push to the side.
Combine eggs and Havy Cream, then pour into the pan and cook scrambled.
Stir scrambled eggs into the riced cauliflower and then add in the sausage.
Mix in soy sauce and stir over medium heat for a minute or two until all is well heated.
