    1/2 cup Heart Smart Bisquick
    1 cup 1/2% MIlk
    1/2 cup egg beaters
    5 cups Ore Ida Potatoes O'Brien
    10 button mushrooms
    8 oz ham


Spray a regular size (9x11??) casserole dish.

8 oz ham
5 cups frozen hasbrowns

mix in the casserole dish.

In a bowl mix together:
1/2 cup Heart Smart Bisquick mix
1/2 cup Egg Beaters
1 cup 1/2% milk
Pour this mixture in the casserole dish and bake,
at 400 for 45 minutes.
