Ingredients

4.5 ripe mangos, peeled and removed from pit
    2 medium bananas, peeled
1.25 cups fat-free milk, change to get desired consistency

Directions

peel and slice mango from stone, add to blender.
peel and de-vein bananas, add to blender.
add milk and blend until smooth.
pour into popsicle molds or yogurt cups. I measured out my popsicles to be 1/4 C. each so I could easily keep track of calories. insert popsicle stick or plastic eating utensils and freeze.

cooking time is my approximate guess as to how long these take to freeze hard enough to remove from molds.
Substiture soy, rice, or almond milk to make these vegan.
