Ingredients

    3 c oats
    3 c puffed grain cereal
    1/4c wheat germ
    1/4c sunflower seeds
    1/4c flax seeds (ground or whole)
    1tsp cinnamon
    1/2tsp nutmeg
    1/3c canola oil
    1/3c honey
    1c raisins (or other dried fruit)

Directions

mix everything but fruit in large bowl. line cookie sheet with wax paper. press granola into wax paper. bake 20min at 300 degrees. let cool. crumble and add raisins. store in airtight container.

Makes 2 Quarts.
