Ingredients

    crush potato chips and add 1/5 c of cracker crumbs. mix set aside to coat cakes in.

    Combine remaining ingeredients except for butter, mix well add melted/cooled butter and mix well. chill for about 1 hr. shape into patties (8). heat a oil in pan to med heat. coat cakes in potato/cracker mix, cook on med to med/low heat til golden brown.

    1 cake = 1 ser
