    5 oz mozzarella cheese
    2 cups spaghetti sauce
    4 flat lasagna noodles
    4 oz 93% Lean ground beef


Lightly spray a 9x5x3-inch loaf pan with cooking spray, and preheat oven to 400 degrees.

In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, saute ground beef until nicely golden brown, while breaking up into small chunks. Stir in the spaghetti sauce and let simmer for 10 minutes.

Spread 1/2 cup of the meat sauce in the prepared pan. Place a lasagna noodle on top. Sprinkle over one-third of the mozzarella cheese. repeat twice. The final layer should be the last lasagna noodle followed by the last of the meat sauce.

Cover the pan with foil, and bake for 30 minutes, removing the foil at the 35-minute point to let the cheese brown. The sauce should be bubbling hot. Let cool in the pan for 15 minutes before attempting to slice and serve.

Makes 2 servings.
